DESCRIPTION:\nPie contest 2024 details:\n\n\n\n🥧Pie entries must be dropped off at the community center gymnasium. The times pie entries can be submitted are: \n\n\n\nFriday 9/20 10am-5pm\n\n\n\nSaturday 9/21 8am-9am\n\n\n\n📣 please keep in mind that the community center has limited refrigeration space!\n\n\n\n📣entries submitted after 9am on 9/21 will only be entered into the people’s choice contest (not the Judged competition). \n\n\n\n🥧There is no limit to how many entries any one person can submit. Please note that we have two categories for entries:\n\n\n\nSavory (quiche, meat tarts, pot pies, etc) \n\n\n\n&\n\n\n\nSweet (cheesecake, fruit, custard, chocolate pie, etc) \n\n\n\nAwards for this year:\n\n\n\nJudged: \n\n\n\n🥇🥈🥉 for savory\n\n\n\n🥇🥈🥉for sweet\n\n\n\nPeople’s choice: \n\n\n\n🥇🥈🥉for savory\n\n\n\n🥇🥈🥉for sweet\n\n\n\n🥧Winners will be announced at 2pm \n\n\n\nPeople’s choice voting: \n\n\n\nGet lunch for $10!  Meal and dessert!\n\n\n\n$5 to sample sweet pies & 1 vote\n\n\n\n$5 to sample savory pies & 1 vote \n\n\n\n*There are always dozens of pie entries. Your plates will be completely loaded with samples for $10. Come hungry!! \n\n\n\nThank you! \n\n\n\nCar Show: Open Entry, $10 Registration. People’s Choice Awards.\n\n\n\nPie Contest: Judge’s Choice and People’s Choice Awards.\n\n\n\nWinners announced at 2 p.m.!\n\n\n\nBasket Raffle and 50/50 Raffle\n\n\n\nLocal Vendors as well! Breakfast served from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.!\n
