Why did you choose Spring Creek for part of your practice?
My husband and I moved here 3 years ago and the location is so central for most of our community, it made it the optimal choice.
What does community mean to you?
Community means living with people who have similar needs and interests. My experience here in Spring Creek is a one of a powerfully strong group of people who genuinely care about one another’s health and wellbeing.
How did you get into the work you do?
I LOVE people and wanted to have a career that would allow me to work with people, and help them create a healthier lifestyle. After high school I got a two year college degree in Biology and Human Anatomy. Shortly after I began a certification program with American Council on Exercise, completing it in 1981. I have worked as a certified Personal Fitness Trainer for over 40 years, and for continuing education credits one year I got certified in Hatha Yoga.

What do you love most about Spring Creek?
THE PEOPLE❣️ I have lived many places but this area is one of the most beautiful, with some of the most helpful, caring people I have ever know.
Do you have any pets?
Yes, My husband and I have a 6 year old French bulldog/Boston Bull Terrier mix…Trixie. A 6 year old tortuous shell tabby…Sabby, and a 2 year old chihuahua…Charlie. We do love our fur babies.
