Aging Safely in the Mountains (free class)

I am so excited to finally share this! 

One of my goals for Rooted in Grace Home Care has always been to do more than provide care—I want to provide education, support, and resources that help strengthen our community.

That’s why I’ll be hosting my first free community class:

 **Aging Safely in the Mountains**

 July 8, 2026

 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

 Spring Creek Community Center – Classroom

We’ll be talking about practical ways seniors can remain safe, independent, and confident at home, while also helping caregivers and family members better prepare for the unique challenges of mountain living.

Whether you’re caring for a loved one, planning for your own future, or simply want to learn more, I’d love to have you join us.

This class is completely FREE and open to the public.

Starting Rooted in Grace has been a dream rooted in service, compassion, and community. Being able to offer classes like this feels like an important step toward that vision.
