
Forever Fit
Forever Fit exercise class is free to the community (donations accepted to support equipment and utilities). This class is lead by Lisa McLean and Loraine Pinson. Every month the program changes but routines each month will include warm-up, cardio, weight/resistance training, dance, stretching with Joy Cafaro, and cool down. These classes are routinely held on Tuesday and Thursdays from 10 am – 11 am.
